How do I become a preferred customer?
Consistent use of the METRIN Scientific Skincare Program will help you accumulate METRIN Product Points. A minimum purchase of 216 Product Points a year will automatically qualify you to become our Preferred Customer. This can be easily achieved by purchasing two Women's Value Packs or two Men's Stag Packs per year. There's no need to sign up - you will automatically be promoted once you reach the minimum Product Points requirement.
You can also become a preferred customer by referring your friends to METRIN, and this will also earn you discounts on your METRIN purchases for life!
How do I know how many points I have?
You can view your points to date by logging into your account and selecting “account details” from the dropdown menu.
What kind of discounts can I get by being a preferred customer?
If you are a preferred customer, you will receive a $10 credit in your account each year on the anniversary of your first METRIN purchase, to thank you for your loyal patronage.
You can earn higher discounts by referring your friends and family to METRIN:
If you refer one person to METRIN who purchases a complete skincare program, your friend will be given $5 off their first order simply by mentioning your name- and you will receive a 10% discount on all of your future METRIN purchases.
If you refer two people to METRIN who each purchase a complete skincare program, they will each be given $5 off their first order, and you will recieve a 20% discount on all of your future METRIN purchases.
If you refer 20 people, you could enjoy free METRIN products for life!
And that’s not all! You will receive 5% of your referees orders as credits in your account, each time they make a purchase.
