What can I do to increase my discount?

A:
To increase your discount, you need to ensure that you meet the monthly sales volume required for the level you are aiming for. For instance, if you are an Associate with 25% discount and would like to become an Associate Director with 45% discount, you need to maintain a monthly sales volume of 890 Personal Points or 1780 Group Points. Please refer to our Product Points Value (PPV link) list for more information.

Is there an annual fee for Distributors?

Yes. Regardless of your rank as a distributor, there is a $49.99 annual fee that will be charged on your sign up anniversary date and thereafter. Annual fees are automatically debited from the credit card on file or can be paid by check or money order upon request

Q:
What happens if I do not maintain my monthly average sales volume (ASV) for a given month?
|
|

A:
A Distributor who is not able to maintain the required ASV for his/her rank will be dropped down to a lower level depending on how much ASV he/she had achieved for the month. If there is no ASV in the account, a Distributor will be considered a Retail Customer until such time that he/she has achieved a significant ASV to qualify for a Preferred Customer or Distributor discount.

Is there any time frame that I need to keep in meeting my distributor qualification requirements?

There is no time frame that you need to keep in meeting your distributor qualification requirements. However, bear in mind that METRIN Life offers extra bonus for those who are able to meet their qualification requirements within 30 days from the time of sign up.

What is the best way to develop my METRIN business?

Developing Retail Customer and Preferred Customer business are both excellent ways to develop your METRIN business. Depending on your business goals, you will find one that will suit you or sometimes a combination of both will be most effective.

Q:
I have a resale tax id, should I be paying sales tax on my METRIN orders?
|
|

A:
Sales tax is a standard cost for all orders placed directly from the Company. If a Distributor applied for a Resale Tax ID in their state, METRIN Life will not include sales tax on their orders as long as that the Distributor provide Head Office a copy of the resale tax ID certificate. All other orders with no resale tax id certificate on file will be charged with Sales Tax.

Can METRIN send an order directly to my customers?

A:
Yes. METRIN will be happy to send orders directly to your customer which we call as drop ship. Just let us know where your customer is and we will send their METRIN.

Q:
I am a US Distributor and would like to have an order shipped to Canada. Do I pay in Canadian funds?
|
|
|
A:
All orders are calculated based in destination. An order going to Canada will therefore be calculated in Canadian funds as well as use Canadian prices, tax and shipping charges.

Q:
What happens if my customer who purchased METRIN from Head Office returns her METRIN skincare set?
|
|
|
A:
An initial purchase of METRIN complete skincare set comes with a 180 day unconditional guarantee. If a customer is not happy with the results within the guarantee period, he/she can send his/her METRIN skincare set to Head Office for a refund –less shipping and handling. However, if the customer purchased METRIN directly from the Distributor, the said Distributor would need to refund the customer back. The returned METRIN skincare set will need to be mailed to METRIN Life Head Office with the proof of purchase and refund in order to receive a free replacement.

Is there minimum shipping and handling charge?

A:
Yes, please note that shipping is based on weight.
For US based orders: The minimum shipping and handling charge is $9.95 if your order is less than 13 ounces. For orders of 13 ounces or more, it will be calculated at $0.19 per ounce.
For Canadian based orders: The minimum shipping and handling charge is $11.70 if your order is less than 21 ounces. For orders 21 ounces or more, it will be calculated at $0.12 per ounce.

My company has its own courier company. Can I use it on my METRIN orders to save shipping charge?
|
|
|
A:
If you would like to use a private courier company or you have an existing UPS or FeDex Account, you may use them on your METRIN orders. However, there will still be a flat handling fee of $5.00 to be added to your order.
